Norway Prawns offers prawns in brine both from fresh and frozen raw material. The range of fresh prawns in brine are caught in the coast of Troms county, and daily delivered to the factory for peeling and brining. Frozen prawns in brine are caught in the Barents Sea and have a crispy and fine texture.

One of our latest product news is the unique product IQF raw & peeled prawns. Gently peeled and with a crispy texture, this is the closest you get the perfect taste of fresh seafood. The product extends the applications for the prawns as they can be used in hot dishes, and as an ingredient in - among other things - Sushi.

The product combines IQF peeled prawns, cooked or raw, with exotic flavors such as garlic, chili, coriander, lime and curry. We are constantly developing flavors in line with new trends and taste preferences.

Fresh Shell-on prawns are sorted, cooked and salted on board of coastal trawlers and delivered daily to our factory Lyngen Reker. The prawns are caught in waters close to the Lyngenfjord, and are of the highest quality. Fresh Shell-on prawns are supplied under the brand Lyngenfjord.

Frozen shell-on prawns are cooked and frozen on board the trawler. These prawns are delivered in cartons in the brand Svalbard.
