Norway Prawns' environmental policy is an integral part of the company strategy. This will support sustainable development of environment and natural resources. The environmental liability also applies to health and safety, as well as for the company's social responsibility.

Our prawn fishery is sustainable and based on national and international guidelines for long-term, scientifically documented catch. The management of the northern prawn stock has gained international environmental approvals, including KRAV  and Friends of the Sea certification.

Effective manufacturing processes with high utilization of raw materials is fundamental objectives for the production plants.The environmental aspects are to be integrated in strategic assessments and operational decisions.
